The yellow room
The yellow room is on the 8th floor of the RCA building in Central London. The concept of the room bases on the site specific features of the space:
A window, a wonderful view and a fire escape. In opposite to the rest of the building, where people work fast and intensively, the yellow room is designed for the chill-out.
So one enjoys the incredible view and does take off in a floating window seat overlooking the cityscape and escapes right through the window.
There is no direct movement, except once in a while the Concorde is passing by. But still one can always hear and feel the pulsing city.
